1.   Introduction

Our Privacy Policy describes the ways in which we collect, store, protect, and use your personal information.   It is important for you to review this Privacy Policy.   By ‘personal information’ what is meant is information that can be associated with a specific individual and that can thus be used to identify that individual.

We do not consider anonymized information to constitute personal information, as it cannot be used to identify a specific individual.   We collect personal information from you when you use www.strategyx.org or its related websites and services (‘Site’) (including, without limitation, when you buy or participate in programs or when you telephone or email our customer support team).   By providing us with your personal information, you expressly consent to our processing your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may amend our Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site.   The revised version will be in effect at the time of its posting and, following such posting, your continued use of the Site will constitute your express consent for our continuing to process your personal information in accordance with the terms of our revised Privacy Policy.

We last amended our Privacy Policy on 01 January 2022.   We encourage you to check the Site regularly for the announcement of any amendments to our Privacy Policy.

  2. We may use your Internet Protocol (IP) address (a unique number assigned to your computer server or Internet Service Provider (ISP)) to analyse Site usage trends and improve the performance and administration of the Site.

  3. We may also collect information about your computer (for example, its browser type) and your navigation information (for example, the pages you visit on the Site), along with the times that you access the Site.

The following addresses the measures we take to protect your personal information.

  1. We hold all of your personal information on secure servers operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS).   The AWS servers are fully secure and compliant to all laws globally relating to privacy and security, including EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  2. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the transfer of this information to, and its storage on, the AWS servers.   We take every precaution to safeguard all of your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4.   Our Use of Your Personal Information

The following addresses how we use your personal information.

  1. 2. Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies, government agencies, or other third parties where we are compelled so to do by court order or similar legal procedure; where we are required to disclose your personal information to comply with law; where we are cooperating with an ongoing law enforcement investigation; or where we have a good faith belief that our disclosure of your personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate a possible violation of our User Agreement.

  3. We may share your personal information with our other group companies so as to provide joint content and services to you, or to help detect illegal activities and/or violations of our policies.

6.   Amending or Updating Your Personal Information

The following addresses how you may amend or otherwise update your personal information held with us.   It also addresses our retention policy.

  1. If your personal information changes in any way, you should immediately update or correct the affected personal information by contacting our customer support team at info@strategyx.org.   When contacting us, tell us specifically which pieces of personal information have changed, including the new information.   We will thereafter update our records accordingly.

7.   Cookies and Pixels

The following addresses our use of cookies and pixels.

  1. Like most modern websites, the Site uses ‘cookie’ and ‘pixel’ technology (small computer files placed on your computer's hard drive).   When you go to particular pages on the Site, these cookies and pixels uniquely identify your browser.

  2. The cookies and pixels we use do not reveal any personal information about you.   Cookies and pixels help us to improve your experience while using the Site, and also help us to understand which parts of the Site receive the most traffic.   You are free at any time to decline our cookies and pixels if your browser so permits, although doing so may degrade your use of the Site.
